Join our Pro Staff

Once you become a Pro Staff Member you will receive a free logo T-shirt immediately. If through out the year you wear it out or something happens to it we would like to get it back and we will replace it with a new one. We are keeping trck of wear and tear of our shirts.

Pro Staff members will receive deep discounts on TQS gear to cover the manufacturer cost. This will be handled in confidence by TQS. These prices are to remain confidential and the items will not be for resale. The gear discount will only be for the Pro Staffer.

Pro Staff will need to submit a minimum of 4 reports a year to maintain their Pro Staff status. This report should contain information of event attended while representing TQS. Duck hunting report9s) which will be used for the website. It also could be a recipe that is not already listed on the website (so check the recipe menu before you submit it).

Pro Staff will also be entitled to discounted rates on all products that will be in our online store.

Pro Staff members will also be entitled to contingency pay outs when they place in the top 3 positions for any waterfowl related event while wearing TQS gear (calling contests, skeet shooting competitions, etc.). Video or photography is needed to prove authenticity of the event.

Pro Staff can also apply for contingency pay outs if TQS is represented in certain media events by the PRO. The TQS Pro Staff members must submit complete documentation. Complete documentation must be pictures, video, a complete detailed report of the event and how you supported TQS plus the benefit of that support.

If a TQS Pro Staff member sets up an vendor account with a retailer, and retailer places an order, that Pro Staffer will receive a one time 15% commission for the first order, but only when all money is cleared by TQS. IF THE RETAILER continues to order TQS merchandise, the Pro Staff member will continue to receive 10% commission, net of order.

This is just the beginning. If we see a tremendous amount of effort put forth by certain individuals, we will adjust the program for superior effort and those staffers will be awarded according to their individual effort.
